About RedRubric, and how we write it.

Who writes it

Everything on the site is written and edited in house, published under a single byline, the RedRubric editors, because the manual is edited as one voice rather than assembled from freelance posts. Lessons, guides and question rationales all go through the same editorial standard, and a named editor is accountable for each release.

If something here is wrong, we would rather hear it than not. Write to the editors and a real person will read it.

How the questions are made

Every practice question is written from scratch against the published content outline for its exam. We do not licence question banks, scrape other prep sites, or reproduce material from the official study manuals. Drafts are checked automatically for structural problems and for overlap with any source text before a human editor reviews them, and anything that reads like a rewrite of somebody else’s question is cut rather than patched.

Each question carries a worked rationale that explains why the right answer is right, not just which letter it is. Where a question is about a procedure, such as column arithmetic or a dosage calculation, the working is derived from the numbers in the question itself, so a figure cannot drift away from the prose beside it.

What we will not claim

• We do not promise a score. No prep product can, and any that does is selling you something it cannot deliver.
• We do not claim any affiliation with the exam publishers. The ATI TEAS 7 is published by ATI and the HESI A2 is published by Elsevier. RedRubric is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by either, and our questions are our own rather than retired official items.
• We do not offer a satisfaction refund, and we do not imply one. Purchases are final; the exception is a genuine billing error on our side. The refund policy says exactly what qualifies.
• We do not quote a competitor’s price without dating it, and we re-check those figures against the vendor’s public pricing rather than repeating an old number.

How to check us

You can read a good deal of the manual before paying anything. Every section has free sample questions with full rationales, there is one free full-length timed practice test per exam, and one lesson in every study-guide subject is open without an account. Start with the free TEAS practice test or the free HESI A2 practice test, then judge the rest on what you find there.
