Free TEAS 7 Science Practice Questions
Science is the section most TEAS candidates fear, and human anatomy and physiology is the biggest reason: it carries the largest share of the fifty questions. The seven free practice questions below are a fair sample of what the section asks, drawn across all four content areas.

Medial describes a position toward the body’s midline; lateral describes the opposite, away from the midline. Proximal and distal describe closeness to a limb’s point of attachment rather than distance from the midline, and superior describes an upward position, not a side-to-side one.

The phospholipid bilayer described is composed of lipids, whose amphipathic structure (a hydrophilic phosphate head and hydrophobic fatty acid tails) allows it to form the cell membrane.
