Is HESI A2 practice really free?
Yes. Every subtest opens with free sample questions that need no card. You only pay when you want the full question bank and the timed full-length practice test.
Are these actual HESI A2 questions?
No, and they never will be. Every item is written for RedRubric and mapped to our own editorial taxonomy of the exam. Reusing live exam questions would breach Elsevier's terms, and it would not help you learn.
Which subtests should I practise?
The ones your program requires. The HESI A2 is modular, so your school picks the subtests. Check its admissions page first, then drill those sections here, one at a time.
How is practice different from the practice test?
Practice is short, untimed, and explained as you go, so it is where you learn. The full-length practice test is timed subtest by subtest, so it is where you rehearse exam day. Sit the full-length HESI A2 practice test when you are ready.
